Do not waste your time. Why would you make an app for kids that takes 15 minutes to load. It even takes forever to switch between screens. If I had a dime for every time I saw a 10-15 loading screen I would be able to make an app better than yours. It seems to me that you need to get better developers. Fire whoever made this and get with developers who have experience with apps that people actually keep. McDonalds once again "cutting corners"

This app always takes forever to load and crashes when its almost done loading. The scan function doesnt work either. Great idea for an app, but needs to be worked on for bug fixes.

Have tried to play it a number of times but the app crashes every time. 5 year old is totally disheartened because we cant get it to work. It also takes forever to load. We wait & wait for it to load, choose a game to play, wait & wait some more, then it crashes. Not my idea of a fun time!

Takes five minutes to load a cruddy puzzle game. Laggy and crashes frequently. Hope they improve or get rid of this thing.

After 5 minutes I gave up on getting this game to load. I dont care how great an app it is, if it takes that long to load, it isnt worth it.

For an app that is supposedly targeted to children it is hard to use and offers limited functionality. My kids got frustrated, bored, angry quickly. It also took me a while to figure out what to do to scan a toy. Really it is a poorly designed cheap ad for the movie. AVOID!

If you are cursing your life trying to figure this out, here is the actual how to (you cant find anywhere from McDs): Once you load the app -scroll to your cartoons general picture -tap "see games" -tap "scan toy" -tap "scan your toy" Then it will unlock the particular game you were trying to load. Why does it have to be this hard? I have no effing clue. McDonalds, if you want to piss people off make a tutorial of "simple" directions stating things like "turn on the lights", "use your camera" with no mention of how to ACTUALLY GET TO THE SCREEN FOR SCANNING!!!! You have successfully over explained every element, after claiming to make things more "simple" multiple times. -The home screen is WAY overcrowded with extraneous images. -The "parents" tab tutorial is complete crap. -Hire an actual UI/UX designer. We all know you have the cash. There is no reason in the world this has to be so terrible. I mean. Really. So so so awful.

This is the legit doorstep game in the world I went in to my kids room at 12 oclock in the morning and he was playing that game

This is the least user friendly app Ive ever used. Have yet to figure out how to scan the stupid toy

...you should make some improvements. I just got this game and I have many toys but almost all of them are not in the app (I only scanned one of them) so you should make an update where... -You can scan any toy by pressing a scan toy button in the menu. -You can find all of the games you have in one page for as long as you have the game. P.S. ...I mean all of the games P.P.S ...I want to see it by Friday morning

My grandson had a good time on the game but we couldnt find one for the ninja turtle he just got in his happy meal. Needs to be a little bit easier access for the grown-up.

This is good for kids, but not better than the game they had online in 2010

My just got a Pokémon toy from mcdonalds and I cant scan it because you dont have it on the app. Yet the toy came with instructions to download the mcplay app and to scan the toy. Im pretty pisses right now.

The app doesnt scan at all. My girls have toys available on the app yet we can never get it to scan.

Can only scan one toy? Scanned one sweetheart toy via the tutorial screen, then any time I try to scan more it doesnt even give me the option. The games are cute but itd be nice to be able to get more/be able to scan the rest of the toys you have.
